FAQ
The number of your membership can be found on your library card and starts with 22000...
New adress? Please send an email to klantenservice@oba.nl. Don't forget to include your name and number of your library card (starting 22...) in the email.
Firstly, contact our costumer service to have your card blocked. Fill out this online form (in Dutch) to request a new card.
Renewals and app
Renew your loans, make reservations and create a wishlist in our app which is available in English. You can also make renewals in 'Mijn Bibliotheek'.

The entire OBA organisation comprises of OBA Oosterdok (the central library) and 28 other library locations. See the full list of library locations here.

Computers and Wi-Fi
In the OBA, everyone can make use of free Wi-Fi and workplaces without a computer. The use of the computers (including internet) is free for OBA members.
Both members and non-members can print at OBA. Here you can read how to do it and the costs.
