Homosexual and bisexual teaching staff have fewer negative experiences, enjoy a more positive work perception and are in better psychological and physical health if they work in schools that dedicate time and effort to enabling a diversity policy, with attention for homosexuality and where discriminating talk and behaviour is promptly corrected.
