This book explores the underground world of the men - frequently respected members of the community - who engage in sexual activity with adolescent boys. (In this book the term 'pederast' is used to mean a man over the age of eighteen who has had a sexual experience with a boy between puberty and sixteen). How have these men stumbled into this forbidden style of sexual experience? Who are the consenting boys who act as the sex partners of adult males? What can be done about it? To gain answers to such questions as these, the author has collected material through questionnaires, personal correspondence and interviews with 1000 adult pederasts and 300 adolescents who have acted as pederast sex partners.
