Scoping study on international best practice re: sexual orientation / Eoin Collins

This paper outlines the results of a scoping exercise indertaken by NEXUS Research to identify elements of best practice approaches internationality in adressing discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and in promoting equality for lesbians and gay men. The report is based on an extensive review of relevant literature and consultations held with national experts and personnel in agencies relevant to the research. With examples of best practice from: Australia, New South Wales, New Zealand, Canada, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Toronto, USA, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York City and the EU.
