Stills : "moments in time"

Stills are moments in time or memory of the homosexual author. The moments span a period from pre-teen years to the age of sixty. From a child growing up in an interracial family in the island of Cuba during the decade of the fifties, to the sudden arrival and oppression of communism. Followed by a migration to the United States in 1962 as un unaccompanied minor, a historical chapter that later would be known as the Pedro Pan Children.
