The Romanian Parliament repealed article 200 from the penal code which had criminalized a variety of same-sex acts (same-sex relations in a public place, encouraging a person to engage in same-sex relations, etc.); laws criminalizing sex with underage persons (whether heterosexual or homosexual), however, remain on the books.
