The booklet is the result of the collective experiences from four projects within the EU programme Equal: the Dutch project "Enabling Safety for LesBiGay Teacher", the two Swedish projects "Homosexuals and Bisexuals in the Care System" and "Normgiving Diversity", and the Finnish project "Sexual and Gender Minorities at work".
