At the age of 22, Wilhelm von Gloeden (1856-1931) traveled to Sicily for health reasons. Fascinated by the beauty of Taormina's young boys, he photographs them. R. Peyrefitte, admirer of the work of Gloeden, wrote a story in the first person to trace the life of the baron. With 50 male nude photographs taken by Gloeden.
