Uganda as a country is not benefited by ignoring the health needs of a population, MSM and WSW, that is key in the HIV epidemic. It needs to be thoroughly studied, and interventions that are specific for this community need to be implemented. The needs of the particular people concerned need to be taken into account, at the same time without creating un-necessary barriers.
