Impressions of Triangle Project services: feedback from clients on services and the Mowbray offices 2004

Triangle Project is a gay and lesbian health and development non-government organisation, based in Mowbray, Cape Town, South Africa. They are the biggest lesbian and gay service organisation in South Africa and the oldest in Africa. The Triangle Project launched a questionaire to achieve a better understanding of how consumers view their organisation. All visitors to the office over the timeframe, September-Oktober 2004, were invited to complete an anonymous questionnaire. This report show the result of that questionnaire.
