Method and Sample Stakeholders of the member states were invited by the Council of Europe to participate in an online survey covering key areas of discrimination in the fields of health, violence and private and family life. Eighty-nine Stakeholders from twenty-seven countries associated with Public Authorities, National Equality Bodies and Non-Governmental Organisations participated in the study.
