Achieve Life Goals

Andrew Richardson, Andrew Richardson

Goal setting can help to rebalance your life. Goal setting should be directed toward getting essential emotional and physical needs met in a balanced way from your environment. In this download you learn about new understandings of what it really means to be human: what makes us all tick as individuals, and why it is that sometimes we experience emotional difficulties. You will also learn what to do about it, which is to set goals that get essential needs met better, and to use your resources in the right way to achieve these goals. These needs and resources are our human givens, the givens of human nature. And what will then happen as you find more balance in your life is that the emotional difficulties you may be experiencing (for example depression, anxieties, addictions, obsessions) will tend to fade. Andrew Richardson is a director of the London Human Givens Centre and a qualified Human Givens practitioner. This E Motion-audio download is based on the Human Givens approach to emotional healing and mental health the newest and most radical school of psychology of the last 40 years. This rapidly expanding approach is UK based and dates from the mid 1990s. The E Motion audio-series can complement your Human Givens therapy, but it can also be used as part of a standalone self-help program. Bron: Flaptekst, uitgeversinformatie
